Sizes and billing
Pod sizes, monthly prices, the free pod and the signup credit.
Each pod has a size. You pay a flat monthly price per pod, by size. Your Claude (or ChatGPT) plan is separate and billed by Anthropic (or OpenAI).

A suspended pod costs $1 a month, whatever its size.
Free pod and credit
- Your first pod is free. During early access, one Small pod is free for life, with no card.
- Add a card to create more pods, and you get $15 of credit. Credit is spent first; your card is charged only when it runs out.
- If a free pod is resized above Small, it is billed at the full price of its new size.
The create page shows the price (or "Free") before you confirm.
Changing size
Use Change next to Size on the pod's Settings tab. Resizing restarts the pod. Disk only grows: a pod resized down keeps its larger disk.
On a self-hosted install there are no prices; pods are sized against your own machine.
